Can someone please tell me if there will be lottery to process H1B visas for yr 2015 cap as well? Also when the petitions for H1B will be accepted for the year 2015? It would be great if I get the answer for this question at the earliest
No one can predict if there will be a lottery in 2015 ( even USCIS)
1st April 2014 will be the date when petitions for H1b will be accepted by USCIS.
