i’m about to get married in june and my fiancee is applying H1 for next year. Can she convert from H4 to H1 if she comes here on H4 VIsa? By the time she comes here lottery results will be out. If her is picked up in lottery and she comes here withH4, can she convert to H1? if yes,What will be the process for that?
