Can same WAC for both COS to F1 and H4 extension happens?

Hi,

My husband is now on H4. We applied COS to F1 as he got admission to a college and it is in progess.

My H1 and his H4 expires on 30 Dec, so my employer applied to extension.

Now both appkications COS and extension are going parallel and we got WAC number.

The WAC numbers are same on both applications. So little confused.

Please ket me know what will happen now? Will COS happen first or extension?

Swati, it sounds a little tricky to me because you have two COS going in parallel. It is better you check with your attorney or DSO of the school. They would give you the right answer.
