My wife had EAD when she was on L2. EAD expired last year the moment I moved to H1.
I changed jobs and have an approved i-140 from new employer. Now while applying for h4 EAD, do we need to apply for NEW EAD or refer to old EAD and apply for extending or renewing it ?
