Can petition get rejected if there is minor mismatch in father's name in degree and passport(application name)?

My H1B filed with name ABC PQR’Kumar’ XYZ.

where PQR’Kumar’ is my father name as per my passport and my application is done with this name.

My degree certificate and marksheets have ‘Bhai’ instead of ‘Kumar’.

can my petition get rejected due to this after selection in lottery?

Lol I have the same problem, my father stuck a Kumar after his name years ago when my first passport was filed. Its really irritating, because none of his other docs have it, but I’ve never had problems.

Now I got RFE and they have asked SoW and Current Indian employer offer letter where same problem is there, offer letter has bhai instead of kumar. Will it make difficult?
