Can my spouse and I travel out of US with H1B, H4, H4 EAD under processing?

Hello,
Currently, I’m working on H1B visa and my spouse recently received her H4 EAD. My visa is expiring on 1 Aug, 2020.
There’s a family emergency and we need to visit India asap.

I had few concerns before traveling out of US, can you please take a look?

  1. If we file all three applications together (H1B, H4, H4 EAD) on Feb 1, 2020, can we travel to India after that with applications under processing? We’re not sure about exact return date to US but we can come back before Aug 1, 2020 (current visa expiry date).

  2. Would you recommend filing H1B in premium processing? Is it like H4 processing starts only after H1B is approved or all three applications are processed concurrently? If they’re processed concurrently, then filing H1B in pp won’t help since H4 applications take somewhere around 4 to 6 months to get approved, am I right?

  3. I’ve heard that for H4 applications, candidate needs to go for biometrics (month after application is filed), is there a way around to get it done faster or do biometrics in India?

If you feel there’s any other better option for us, please advise us.
