Fo L1 eligibility, I beleive employee has to be in the employer’s India office for atleast 1 year over last 3 years? But Iam concerened about the fact that i left the employer in between and planning to join the same company again directly in their US office. Please clear ths confusion.

By USCIS L-1 rule, a company may not use L-1 authorization to become a pipeline to move candidates between countries. For that reason, USCIS will examine how long you were connected to this company in home country. This 1-year connection however need not be just payroll, you might have beeen in touch with the company even while separated like discussing projects etc.
