Can My employer sponsor my GC while am on L2 EAD

Hi There,

Currently am working with USA based company as Director. My employer is interested to sponsor my GC. I need to know if this is possible and what is the process, also how it will affect my husband’s L1 visa status, under which category I should file for GC and any other information will be really helpful.

No, it will not affect. They can sponsor Green Card Application for you. Usually it is filed under Employment base category. Check USCIS Employment based categories to identify, where you fall under.
