Hi,
My H1B got approved earlier this month. Now my employer is refusing to increase my salary as per the latest prevailing wage. They are saying that my wage is already high.
I refrred to the Foreign Labor site http://www.flcdatacenter.com/ and as per this my salary is 10K less than the suggested wage for my area.
Can I send the screenshot of the site to them and pressurize them to increase my wage. What can I do about it ?
Please guide me.
