Can my employer cancel my H1 visa?

Hello All,I need your urgent help for below mentioned case;- Currently, I am in India and have not got any chance to fly to USA.-I got visa stamped in this November , Now my employer does not have valid project to work upon in such case can he cancel my stamped H1 visa?-Can I find other employer and ask him to transfer my visa?-Once the visa is stamped , can employer do anything which can affect me at the time of port of entry?
