I already have a h1b petition approved. Now I have decided to quit the current company who had filed my H1b petition in April. Can my current company cancel the approved petition in case if I decide to quit. Please advise.
There is a chance that they can withdraw the petition.
U can go for Cap-Exemption or Transfer in that case… Withdrawl doesnt affect Cap-Exemption or Transfer
