Can my company able to file L1 A visa as I am in US on I-94 extention(L1B expired) got 12 years of exp and managing 15 members team from last 3 years.
my L1 B expired on Feb 2013 but have i-94 ext until Feb 2015.I just want to know is it possible for my company to file L1 A now @ US
