I am on L1B in USA since 2010 and got married in Jun’12 . My wife and I came to US in Jul’12.
Me and my wife are currently in US .
Here are our visa related validity dates as of today -
L1 VIsa Expiration date (as Stamped on Passport) - Jun’2013
L1 I94 Expiration date - Jun’2015
L2 VIsa Expiration date (as Stamped on Passport) - Jun’2013
L2 I94 Expiration date - Jun’2015
Question - I know I cannot apply for L1 extension until 6 months before June’15 but want to know that can my wife (on L2) travel to India now (in case any urgent need arises) and then apply for L2 visa extension on basis of my (L1) I94 expiration date of Jun’2015 ?
