Can any one suggest for my query ? My H1B visa processed from X consultancy and it was got picked in lottery for the year 2015-16 cap ( current status is Received only, yet to approved). Now my company forced me to apply for B1 visa, will it be a problem or contradictory if they apply my B1 ? since I did not disclose about H1 to my current company.
