Can Indian citizen apply for H4 visa from Srilanka.

I am currently in US on H1B visa and recently got married. My wife has never been to US.

My wife is planning to go to SriLanka to visit the country and meet some friends next month.

As we all know, the interview wait times for H4 visa in Indian consulates is very high. To avoid the delay, can she apply for H4 dependent visa from SriLanka?

Each consulate has different rules around such situation. You should contact US embassy in Sri Lanka and ask them about this.
