Can i140 be revoked after Jan 17?

Hello,

I have i140 approved since Apr 2016 so it’s been more than 180 days. I plan to switch company once the rule gets effective on Jan 17, 2017. Have a couple of questions:

  • Can my employer still revoke my i140 after Jan 17?

  • Can my spouse apply for H4 ead on the basis of this approved i140 after I switch?
