Can I work after I receive H4-EAD but H4 under processing

Hi,
Recently, I received an email from USCIS that my card was mailed but my H4 is still under processing and no updates on the website either. After I received my H4EAD card, Can I start working?

Yes, you can do that. All you need is H4 EAD card to start working. It is assumed that your H4 is approved, because your H4 EAD would not be approved without H4 approval. Many have done that in the past…
