Can i withdraw the case incase if i get 221g pink slip? how long will consulate take to issue my passport back

Hi Admin,

Planning to go for h1B Visa Stamping by next month, i would like to get clarified for the below given queries… Would really appreciate if you pls answer my queries,

  1. If i get a Pink Slip 221g holding my passport for admin processing, there is no specified limit to receive passport from Consulate, in this case can i withdraw the case?

  2. After withdrawal, how long will consulate take to issue my passport back??
