Can somebody help me out if i want to withdraw my petiotion after selection in the lottery, what is the procedure and can i get the fees amount back or not and will that impact my future application for H1B or any…!!!
You can’t but your employer can withdraw your petion by sending a written notice. I don’t think they will return any money.
Employer can withdraw any time. There won’t be any refund.
My suggestion will be let it reach upto approved status, then withdraw. An approved petition will provide you an opportunity for cap-exmept H1B application in future.
