Hi,
My L1B Visa got maxed out after 5 years and in the month of June 2013. I left US and took transfer to India.
I am planning to get a new L1 after 365 days reset being out side of the country.
My question is: Can i still visit visa on visitor/B2 visa while being in 365 rule. Please let me know.
