I have got my H1B approved and stamped along with H4 for my wife. On the visas it is mentioned that visas are not valid until 21st Sept 2012.
My joining date is Oct 1st 2012, Can I travel to US on 22nd Sept 2012 on H1B. Will there be any issues that can arise because of travelling 10 days in adavance and Can my wife travel a montha later. Please let me know as it would help in my travel planning.
