I Had H1-B stamp till 31-dec-15 and I-94 was valid till Jan-2016. I had applied for extension and it got approved till Sep-2018. Recently my company is relocating me for which they have filled amendment and I have got the receipt number. Can I travel to India on the Approved petition, while Amendment is in progress?
