Hi All,
My visa validity is already over by December 2016 and I have my Approved H1B Extension petition till Dec,2019 (not stamped on passport) for the location “X” but now H1B amendment is filed for the location “Y” and is already in progress.
Shall i travel to India and get the stamping done with my approved extension petition or i should wait for my new amendment gets approved?.. Please advise.
Even if i travel India and get the stamping done with my approved extended petition for the location “X” , will it be a problem when i travel back to US since already amendment is in progress for location “Y”
