Can I Travel to India and in which case I can come back

I recieved RFE in response to my petition on 24th, My H1B expires on 11th Feb & I-94 on 22nd Feb. I will leave for India on 9th Feb.In case I recieve approval when I am in India, can I get visa stamped and come back to USA.

Yes, you will have to get H-1 visa stamped using the new approved petition and then return to US.
