Can I travel to INDIA after applying for H4 EAD on May 26th?

I wanted to ask following two questions:

  1. Can I go to INDIA after applying for EAD on May 26th?

  2. When do we need to go for Biometric ? is it ok to go before biometric or should we go after biometric is done.

Please help.
