I’ve applied for study visa for Spring 2014 and got got F1 for 5 years. But I did n’t travel to US due to some personal reasons. Can I go to the same Univ with the same visa now or any time in this year?

Yes, if it is under 5 months since you got visa. Also, you should ask your DSO to give new deferred I20 with the same number so that you can carry the same. If it is past 5 months, then you will need to go for visa stamping again. Check the US Dept of State Website F1 Visa , it talks about 5 month rule. I always suggest that you check with your DSO before you puruse anything.
