Hi,
My H1 visa applied on june 2012 has been approved, but my company doesnt have any requirements at present.
Can i go on a H4 visa(yet to be applied) since my spouse is in US , and then get my approved H1 stamped in US?
Or would i have to travel back to india for the H1 stamping?
