Can I transfer to a new employer right after getting my new I-797?

I got my first VISA thru company A in 2015. I extended it in 2017 until 2021. Right after that, I started transferring to company B. My I-94 is expired. The transfer from A to B got denied and company A revoked my visa (as I was no longer working with them). Now I don’t have a valid I-797 and need to re-apply (I know I am cap exempt). Question is: company B is filling my new I-129 and now I got a new offer from company C and want to go with them. Should I ask company C to just apply for a new I-129 or should I wait for company B I-129 to get back and then file for a transfer from company B to C?

Is your employer B reapplying after denial ? Usually with I-94 expiry, you end up in Bridge Situation, where your middle petitions have to approved, if you go to new employer after the middle one…So, it is a tricky situation…
