Can i Transfer my H1B while it was on RFE

Hi ,

Xyz employer applied H1B 2016 APR and now status RFE response review is pending from 2 last months . Is there any way i can transfer this to my current employer (which is in indian MNC company). Can you please give me some needful information.

Only approved H1B’s can be transferred.
