Hi,Presently i am working with Employer-A.and vendor send MSM and agreement and to Employer-A.
Can i transfer my H1b to Employer -B along with MSM without informing Employer-A.
the reason iam transferingto Employer-B is Employer-A is charging more immigration charges ,can he file a suite if i transfer without informing them.
I am not sure whats MSM and Agreement etc. If its a contract agreement between Employer-A and the Vendor, you cant use them for Employer-B (either by infrorming Employer A or not). Just think logically, USCIS is not blind, you are trying to plug a petrol car with electric car to charge and avoid filling petrol.
Employer- B can file his/her own H1B(non cap) for you using Employer-B documents while you are working for Employer-A.
