Can i transfer H1B petition from Employer A to Employer B???

Here is my scenario, if i file two different petitions from two different employers (A and B). And incase only one picked in Lottery (lets say Employer A). Can i transfer my petition to Employer B and proceeding with stamping?. Please advice.

The employer you want to go with must file a cap-exempt/transfer using the case number that is picked, it takes about 15 days for Premium processing or about 3-6 months for regular processing
