Can I stay legally in US with valid I-94 and bring family over here to US ?

Hi ,

I have L1B visa which is expiring 31Dec2018 and I-94 also expiring 31-Dec-2018 .
I entered into US on 29-Nov-2018 and my employer attorney did I-94 correction which got approved and admitted until 2021. But there is no visa stamp on my passport.

  1. Can I continue to work in the US since my I-94 is valid until 2021?
  2. Do I required any other documents from my attorney?
  3. If so can I call my family spouse and 2 kids (below 10 yrs) to US?on processing of L2.
  4. Am I eligible to apply for the driving license ?
    5.Can I apply for the H1 visa at the end of my I-94 expiry date?

Yes (You cant apply for H1 visa by yourself. Your H1B job offering employer only can)
