I am here in US on a H1b Visa sponsored by Company A for the last 7 months. I have been selected for a position in company B recently and they have got my visa sponsorship changed. If I decide to stay back with Company A now will they have to file for sponsorship change again or will the earlier I797 work ? Also in case I stick with Company A what will be the validity of my visa ? the latest I797 or the one that company A got it for ?
