Can I stamp from any country?

I have an H1B petition approved.

I am currently working in singapore ,but my sponsor says its better to stamp in India ,than to do from singapore .

First of all can anyone advice me is stamping from singapore possible?I am an Indian citizen .

Is there any better side on stamping from India.

You will have to check w/ US embassy in Singapore about their policy on TCNs (Third Country Nationals). Usually home country is preferred but your local embassy is the best spot to know their official policy.
