I am on OPT and expires Next year January, So filing H! B premium this April, and I want to sponsor my parents for B1 visa in June or July.Will it affect my status change or will it be valid to do that, I have no clue.
It doesn’t affect your status in any way. You can go ahead and sponsor, no issues
