Can i reapply for H1B by new employer

Hi,

I have appeared for H1B interview in Chennai consulate on 8th Feb 2013 and got 221(g) white slip mentioning requires aditional administartive process . They have taken i-797, i-129, client letter and returned everything including passport. What it means generally and how long it will take the process and doess it mean rejection

And can I reapply for H1B 2014 through a different employer while previous h1b case in 221(g) pending.

There is no set time limit for the admin processing. Usually it can be anywhere between 3 weeks to 3 months.

Yes you can apply through a new employer in 2014 quota.
