I have been in USA Feb-2009 to Dec-2011 on L1B and then was there from Mar-2013 to Dec 2015 on H1B and was getting an extension till May 2016 due to combined stay of L1B and H1B was exceeding 6 years stay period though i stayed outside in year 2012.
Now Since i did not utilize 6 years stay on H1B visa, can i reuse it ? Will i get the remaining years on my H1B visa. If so what is needed to be done.
