Can I pursue Ms in any stream irrespective of my major Btech degree?

Respected Sir/Ma’m,

I am currently pursuing my Btech degree in Metallurgical Engg and Material Science from IIT Bombay. I am planning to pursue Ms in future. But I am a confused that can I pursue Ms in any of the streams? And if yes What will be the best stream for me?
