Can i join new employer on H1B Capgap ?

Hello ,

Right now i am working with employer A on OPT extension (F-1 visa) .I have OPT till July 10, 2013. Employer B is filling my H1B on April 1 2013. If i want to start work with employer B from april 20 or so , Can i do that ?

Yes, you can change emloyers on OPT. I assume you are in the initial 12 month period of OPT, else B needs to be e-verified. Let your DSO know about any change in employment.
