I have filed for H1 and received an RFE but I had to go to India due to some emergency, is it OK.
Currently I am on my OPT and I have it valid till next may. Please do let me know
As far as I know, if you had filed H1B w/ COS and you travel outside of US, your COS will be rejected and H1B alone will be approved. In this case, once the petition is approved, you will have to file COS application separately to start working on H1B.
