Need your expert advice.
I got my H1B petition approved from October 2013 and its valid till December 2014.
For many reasons i was not able to get a project and go for stamping.
But things changed and i got a project and all paper work finished to go for stamping. My huge concern is, with my petition valid only for next two months, is it safe to go for stamping without extension applied?
My employer confirmed to apply for H1B extension PP after reaching US… will this work out?
