My last day with previous employer was Jan 17th, 2017 (which qualifies for the new grace period rule - 60 days for H1-B). Now, I found new employer and they filed my H1-B Transfer in Regular Processing on 10th Feb, 2017. I am planning to go for upgrading the process to premium from regular, so that I can get the result asap. I assume, this 60 days are for finding a new employer and start the transfer process. So, now if my H1B is approved either Premium or Regular, do I need to go out of the country and get the visa stamped ?
