Hi,
I am currently on H4 in USA. My visa is going to be expired in May 2021 and we already applied for an extension in Dec 2020. Based on current timelines it might take another 16 months for me to get the extension approved. My question is, can I go to India in June and go for stamping? (my spouse visa extension got approved and has approved I797 till 2024). Will there be any implications on my H4 and also on my EAD(which is also in progress)
