I Have a quick question if anyone could help, my visa stamping expired in Nov 2024 with my previous employer and my current H1B expires in July mid 2025. In the process of filing extension but haven’t filed yet, but I’m already in India. Can I go for visa stamping with my existing H1B which expires in July 2025 with just months left? I’m planning to travel back to USA mid June. So any advice is appreciated .
