Hi,
I have an approved H-1B Change of Status petition. I am currently in the USA on F-1 OPT working for Company A who filed my H-1B. I am traveling to India for a personal reason and planning to get H-1B visa stamp and come back before October 1st.
Is there any kind of risk here?
