I initially got my H1B for 1 year and got it extended for another 3 years when in USA. Now, am back in India and am planning to get the H1B transferred to another company. Can I get the stamping done once after it gets transferred?
Also, my passport is getting expired in 3months and have got it renewed. My 1st petition was from Feb 2012 to Feb 2013, which I got extended till Feb 2016.
