Is there any possiblity to getting H1B visa stamping here instead of from india ?

Yes, you should but you need to have the original approval notice with you. Also,check with your company lawyer/ local consulate to confirm as rules differ between consulates and certain consulates are not authorized to process other nationals.
You should also call the US consulate there and ask about their policy on TCNs (third country nationals).
