Can I fly outside US, after withdrawal of my H1b Petition

Hi, recently my H1B petition is withdrawn, although the status is not updated in the USCIS case tracker site. Can someone suggest, If I can travel outside of US in the month of Nov 2019 and come back to US safely.

Current status - OPT ( expiry Jan 2020)

I dont see any issue of your H1 status on your current valid OPT status. You can travel as if you are on a valid OPT status.
