Can I file my H1b Extension while my amendment is pending? I have applied my amendment in october and it is still not approved. Can anyone please help.
Yes, it can be applied. I assume the extension would be for the new location. In that case amendment becomes moot as the extension will take care of both location change and petition extension.
r u sure? im also in same scenario…if i apply new H1b amendment+extension will old pending H1b amendment application becomes void automatically?
