Can I file H4 EAD while H4 COS is in progress

Hi,

I filed COS (change of status) online for my wife from F1 to H4 in Feb 2022 which is in progress.

Now can i file H4 EAD or do I need to wait for COS application to complete first.

You can file EAD using the COS receipt and other supporting documents.
